Schulauer Fährhaus ship greeting system
A popular destination is the Schulauer Fährhaus with the ship's welcome system Willkomm-Höft. Here the ships entering or leaving the Port of Hamburg are greeted or bid farewell. The Hamburg flag is "dipped" and the respective national anthem is played.
From the Willkomm-Höft you can take the Lühe-Schulau ferry across the Elbe to the Alte Land in the summer months from April to October.
Landungsbrücken Hamburg
The Landungsbrücken are a floating landing stage on the Elbe between Fischmarkt and Reeperbahn, which you can easily reach by S-Bahn and U-Bahn.
From here the harbor tours start with the harbor ferries and the barges to the large container terminals and through the Speicherstadt. With your HVV ticket you can take the HADAG ferries to Oevelgönne, Finkenwerder and Blankenese.
